There are two ways to host the server. The first way is using a host (free 1 month CLOUD SERVER hosting provided below ($5 free)). The other way is hosting at your home. Hosting at your home will require a lot of resources, and your computer to stay on 24/7 for the server to stay on 24/7. You will also have to port forward, which may be a confusing and difficult task.
If you order hosting (Free 1 month), you will not need to do anything(almost). Simply upload your files to the server, and start the private server! It will be on 24/7.
FROM SERVER:
So the benefits for using a host has been listed above. Anyone you want can connect, and you don't even require a domain name, simply use the IP address.
Step 1: Click HERE for the free $5 cloud hosting (1 month).
2: Sign up
3: Verify E-mail and you receive free $5 to try hosting
4: Order the server, upload server files there, and you' can connect any time to your server (IP ADDRESS). It will be online 24/7.
5: Depending on what OS you choose in the server, you might need Filezilla to connect to folders and upload Ogar. For example if you choose UBUNTU: Putty to connect to server and start the server. To start the server, use putty to connect to your server IP address and login to you server. Then enter the folder (cd /var/www/html/ogar) and install npm (sudo apt-get install npm) and the rest (follow OGAR TUTORIAL ABOVE). Then npm start. YOU'RE DONE!
FROM HOME (PORTFORWARD)

If any errors occur, skype might be the problem due to it's services running on port 443. Close Skype - and the problem should be resolved.
