While non-impact carbs don't affect bloodstream sugar levels levels, they still contain calories (except fiber, which isn't digestible). A person who eats lots of non-impact, Keto Boom BHB foods is still getting all of the calories a good equivalent number of regular carbohydrate food! This fact is never highlighted in advertising for non-impact carb foods. Total caloric intake still matters on low-carb diets. Really should body gets too many calories, it does not need to burn bodyfat.
