As a new person to the Forums, there are a few things you have to get used to.

One of those things is that while it allows you to upload a 'file attachment' to a message, and that appears to work, it basically has file attachments disabled!

In order to post a picture, you can reference a link somewhere else, and then people will see it. I am trying to remember the name of a service that allows you to host pictures on-line for free, and it's escaping me.

But once you get the picture on-line somewhere else, then here, you can "insert image" (there's an icon for that when you are making a message along the top of the message pane), and just specify the URL of the file.
