What happened to you was, it really looked like the arrow had stopped on the Santa Hat thing, but actually it stopped just before the Santa Hat, so you won the lesser prize instead. That happened o a number of people, at least 5 or so that I've heard tell the same story. lol

Yes, it's possible. But not very likely. I think it has been won at least twice. The odds are nowhere near what it would suggest they are from the pie slice given to it on the wheel, but I guess they had to make the slice big enough to put the reward on it!!

A number of people thought there was a 'bug' with that, but Sora determined that only the two recognized people (they actually got their Santa Hats) were winners. Most of them, it looked as if they might have won, but it was just over the line.
