@Samira Thank you too ! I like your suggestions ! About only lvl 10 can talk in chat... new players needs sometimes help or to be welcomed and they could not if they can't write in chat , real new players could be penalized , but with moderation, no need to do that. Because as you said ... what we really need is ingame moderation' that's very true !!! We waiting and NEEDING it since so long time , we have all the same goal , a good environment for everyone , also for all those children .... 
I think that would solve much of the problem right now !
