I have seen many people sweared there might be children playing the agf private server
I would like to filter all the cursed words because children might be learning from this its not 
how you think it is

Filtering it sounds like a good idea, but I don't see why there should be an in-game chat at all.

I agree filtering is a great step, though I'd love to see the chat stay... It adds character to the server.
