Neutralize! New Powerup??

Thought this would be another interesting for a powerup, its called Neutralize. What this would allow you to do is cancel out an enemy's powerup, In other words just stopping it. Great for tight situations! This ability really wouldn't have a duration, As it would be instant. Interesting right? Lets checkout some Pros & Cons.

Pros: 
* Stop an enemy from using their powerup & have a good laugh
* Great ability for tight situation, No matter what size your cell is!
* Powerup has no duration, So neutralize away!

Cons:
* Your limited to a certain # of uses per day 
* Neutralizing doesn't mean you have the upper card Beware of the CellShifters!  ( See Previous Thread )
* This powerup could backfire in more ways then one

What are your thoughts?

This could be cool! But you'd have to be quick to drop it on someone, for example an instant-recombining cell, or someone using speed. Will see, maybe with new powerups this might be a good addition. Also gotta keep in mind, not everyone likes powerups, so balancing it is important, or making them less available.
