I would love to make pb&j's... but peanut butter is not allowed in the schools. (Because of those who have allergies.)
So luncheon meat sandwiches are my choice, because they are easy. (I'll also make those tuna/chicken/salmon salad sandwiches... but I'll be wrinkling my nose the whole time that disgusting jar of mayo is in my hands!)
