Acquiring Level 3 skins on agar.io

Quick question on level three animation.  It seems I have been stuck at 49/50 for a long time on getting the frog kid to level three.  Do I need to play with a certain skin and get a certin potion to unlock the last little bit I need?

Frog Kid is supposed to be one of the easiest Mystery Skins to unlock and level up. Maybe Miniclip adjusted the probabilities. I doubt it though.

I have over 300 skins pieces for Frog Kid and still continue to win them. So, I can lend you a few hundred!
