so I would like to do a poll...I'm thinking for my 3rd skin slot, I'll do a semi permanent public skin so what do you folks think is best?

I hate mostly black skins, and I think they should have a mandatory contrasting border.

But I'll cast a vote for one of the other two. lol

Hey wait! I think that one already has a white border! That would be sufficient, for me.
(But I still won't vote for that one, because I'm not real competitive... lol)

the first skin has a double white border with a clear ring between, and clear lettering with white border.
