I'm not sure what to say to you... but obviously, we can't help.......

I'll suggest something, though:

So long as you log in to play using an account, you can collect the 'free coins' (20 per hour). Just keep doing that, and 'buy' back any skins you miss.

I mean the events skins.is it a glitch?
Im stuck in solar eclipse event.
I re-installed it because i was stuck at soccer pack.

I don't know what you mean then. I thought your event skins (like Earth day, etc) has just disappeared from your account. But you can buy them all, as far as I know. And there's nothing to "install" to play this game, sooo.....??

Plus, "soccer pack" means nothing to me.

They disappeared from my account.Except the Gingerbread.Im only in Solar Eclipse Event which was on February.
So i see the event skins as the background (when they send mass)
They disappeared.So my 2k+ gems got in to a waste.
I just want to know why did they disappear and why am i in Solar Eclipse Event even if my date is June 10.

I'm sorry if you've lost your premium skins, we can do nothing to refund you in anyway. But what you can do is keep doing the 20 free coins per hour bonus or you can spam video advertisements for 10 coins each.     Overall, that's the only solution anyone could ever come up with. Complaining your lost would not benefit you in anyway.
