Private shout for shoutbox?

Hello everyone!

Recently I was wondering if there's any possible chance to add a "private shout" - function in the shoutbox?
I know, a moderator shouldn't ask simple things like that, but it would be really helpful.
It's just a suggestion, but who knows?
Do you like this idea? Would you use it?
