I noticed that a lot of the icons for areas of the forum are from Runescape and The Binding of Isaac. Here are what i found.

Isaac's crying face. Commonly referred to on twitch as "BibleThump"

I do see a resemblance, but they're different enough in my opinion. judging by the art style and the shading.
