Tips on forum growth?

I love seeing the awesome sick colored/Glowing names, I try to bee as active as I can, I just want to know how to get those beautiful names!

1. Stay active and post qualitative threads and posts.

2. You will earn reputation and respect within the community.

3. As a reward you will maybe get a coloured name, after @Sora has noticed you.
