can something be done in the case of Angelica?
She is toxic every day , randomly insulting people:

This is one of her favorites words, she randomly uses it.
She is on phone so when she gets banned she turns her phone off and on again to get a new IP and evade the ban.
Basically all of her accounts need to be banned! People say she has a lot of (shared) accounts so please ban all of them so she cant type and finally is silent, it's so annoying.
