With Pennsylvania and Wisconsin yielding the death-blows, indeed Trump has won.

And for the first time, what has to be the dubious distinction of having a 'Realoty TV' star become Presidenmt of the USA.

Sorry, no female President.

But there's always next time, when Kim Kardashian runs.
~runs away from the eggs being hurled~

But seriously... with Trump not really being a politician at all, lets see if any political change is possible. There is definitely a better chance of that happening, than there would have, had Clinton won instead.

Still an impossible choice, but I believe America has made the right one.

Now lets see if Kim Jong the narcissistic megalomaniac actually fires a new long-range nuke-tipped missile at the USA.

Who da hegg is 'Corbyn'?!???!?

~tries Google~
OH! Some British polityico?!

I just read his reaction to the Trump win, and here's a paragraph from the article.

"The victory for the Republican outsider should be taken as an “unmistakable rejection of a political establishment and an economic system that simply isn’t working for most people”, Corbyn said, adding: “It is one that has delivered escalating inequality and stagnating or falling living standards for the majority, both in the US and Britain.”"

Now THERE are strong words and... in my opinion, at least, spot on!

Did you catch the clever way he threw in 'economic system' instead of what he meant, 'debt'?!

Sounds like this could be an interesting 4 years.

From here in Canada, as far as I know, Canada will always love the USA, no matter what. The fortunes of Canada are tied to those of the USA, and there will always be co-operation. Although I am now eager to search for what our sitting-spendthrift-idiot (while not aspiring to be a pin-up model) Trudeau has said about the win.

Thanks for the motivation ;-;

Here in America, it is very split. Everyone at my school wanted Hillary to win (but that's just because if you say you're a Trump supporter, you'll be beaten) so everyone was pretty depressed on Wednesday. I think it was an extremely tough decision, but I think Trump will make more of a positive difference.

Don't tell my friends that though.

A part of what you said really horrifies me, "if you say you're a Trump supporter, you'll be beaten". There is NO SINGLE FACET of democracy that is more important than the freedom to vote how you choose.

What you describe, is more communistic than democratic, except it's enforced by the people (?! wtf???!) rather than the state. (In ol' Mother Russia, you got to vote. But there was just one name on the ballot... and you were expected to check it off.)

To deny any citizen the right to vote, as they choose, is diametrically opposed to your Founding Fathers, and the goals they had in mind for your Constitution!

Any such action should be illegal, and carry a stiff penalty. (jail time)
