What comes down but never goes up?

EW = Electronic Warfare
Q = Question
GL = Good Luck
ESOGA - They are gonna let gas and oil out in that town
CATYW - They are gonna use cat to rule some young women so they can kidnap her
PEWER - This word is very similar to POWER so Power per Electronic warfare so better to say they are gonna steal electricity
TOJOK - They are gonna use tojok (googled it xD) as weapon
NINQE - Nine Questions
GHTOL - Hot Good Luck or better to say they are probably gonna lock some guy in a hot room

Nice try but that's not correct
Answer: You had to get the first 2 letters from each row but get 3 letters from the last row,
You get ES CA PE TO NI GHT. So the message was Escape Tonight.

Ahah I know this one because I see the answer everyday x) Well it's a joke whose is poplar in my city...
So it's the rain.
But if I correctly follow my physic lessons I can say that the moon always fall and never goes up.
