Santa hat should be added to your inventory if you've won it! Try logging out and in.
If it's still not added, are you sure you were logged in when you spun?

Wouldn't it make sense that a person HAS to be logged in, in order for the wheel to appear? Or perhaps, display it so everyone knows the feature is present, but if not logged in, display mouseover text "Please log in to spin?"
Just a thought...

This Has Been Fixed! You May Now Land On A Santa Hat (If Your Lucky) And If Landed On, You Get To Keep It.
