Sending a PM to a staff member - Mikasa - 06-10-2016
Hey all!
Since there're a lot of questions, I wanted to make things clear now. People started to send me private messages about topics I'm usually not taking care of, like the AGF servers for example.
When do I have to contact a Moderator / Super Moderator :
- When members abused the forum rules.
- If anyone sends a picture/link that doesn't fit with the forum rules.
- If you got any problems with the forum in general (How to edit your user title for example).
- When you got any other questions about the forums & the game.
When do I have to contact a Community Manager :
- If you got any problems with other members on the forum.
- When any other staff member treated you "wrong".
- If you need someone to talk with about personal stuff and how life is going.
When do I have to contact the Administrator :
- If you just explored an issue / bug / glitch in-game.
- When you want your skin to get approved.
- If any staff member ignored / disrespected you (I'm sure this will never happen, but just in case).

In case there will be new ranks in the future, I will update this thread for the community.

Thanks for making things clear for many people! But it can always happen that a staff member ignores you(happend to me several times).

Sadly, yea.
That's why Sora will update the staff team as soon as possible, so there's hopefully at almost any time a staff member online

Really? I didn't know that, it's good if there are many staff members online with different time zones so there's always a moderator online.
