Bots - ℱIRE - 05-22-2016 Hi guys, So I just played on FFA EU and I was lonely, except for the bots: And when I killed myself: A SERVER ONLY WITH BOTS! LOL Did someone hack those bots in? Or has it another reason? On a private server, I don't think that all bots have to be bad. You could have a 'kamikaze' bot, for example, that might just make things more interesting in FFA, if it were done right. Or here's an idea... a clan might want to make a bot that gathers and shares information (like fellow teammates co-ordinates, and the 'big game' that they might see. heh) with the whole clan. (This, I think, some could argue as being 'cheating', but I'll bet that no-one in that clan would think so! I look at the world's military, and the constant arms races, whether announced or hidden, and I see much the same thing. Also, a certain amount of democracy, and business acumen comes back to 'new ideas' that made changes that started in competition and eventually all came to recognize as improvements.) |
