Hello. I'm searching a good clan,with English communication and with good partners. 
I know a lot of skills expect that I am l 16 level cuz my account have been hacked (Other story). So if one is interested for me, reply down.

Welcome aboard, and I hope that you find a clan to your liking!

Everyone here is told to use English, so that aspect should be no problem.

But as for 'good partners', that being subjective, it may be more difficult.

Don't worry about only having a lvl 16 acct. Many of the clans take you for a test drive, before agreeing to take you on, so they won't judge you by your level.
