As for Jellies last question: Walk or car?
For me, it's not even a choice. My vision is too poor for me to drive. And, I am glad in a way. Owning a car is so expensive! I used to walk a ton!
My mom and I lived in the East end of Toronto, and one year she got tickets to a Blue Jays game (baseball). But when the day came, wouldn't you know it, public transit was on strike?
We started walking at 4am, and walked all the way downtown, and made it to the game just before it started! I figure that was between 10 and 15 km. (Maybe 5-7 miles, for you 'Mericans.) I have no clue who won the game, and I don't at all remember getting home (but I imagine that we walked it). But I'll never forget that day!
