literally cant reset password, asked for help, nothing works

i literally can not reset my password, my username is xmaster, whenver i reset my password, it just says "error:an unexpected error occured while vrifying your email address" what do i do? i really need someone to mannualy change my password because "reset password" button literally doesnt work, any single bit. heres some info, i did not use any scripts, i did NOT use vpn or anything, everything seems working fine and normal. the point is, i want to reset my agma password. and i need seriouse help
