How to get more stars?

Hello, I wonder how the system of stars (under the name) here works?
I’ve seen people with a lot of posts/likes/... like squirrel who has 5 stars, but then people with way less posts etc. who have 6 stars, same with other levels. 
So does anyone know what it’s determined of?

Sora liked one of the posts in it about how stars are earned. After comparing a lot of members and their stars, it seems to have many factors to it!
