the lethal medicine cabinet

This idea consists of a red kit that works so that if someone eats it, it does not give the mass of a normal kit, but it removes the mass number that a normal kit gives, and if you have less than 2k of mass (the number of mass that removes) the lethal kit does nothing to you

I kind of like the idea! Another 'item' to find in the game that is actually something that you don't want! So in a way, it becomes an 'obstacle' -- if you create it as an item that you can also buy, you could go dropping these in your wake to try to discourage someone from following you, lol, kind of like the smell of a skunk does!

You could also have it function more like a sickness making it 'time based', and possibly having it make you lose mass according with the way the game naturally degrades your mass with the passage of time, but with this 'sickness' you lose mass 4x faster insted, maybe for 15 or 20 seconds.

To make sure that it's not too powerful, also make sure that the effects don't stack. So, if you fly over 4 of these puppies, it's closer to you having rolled over just one., still losing mass only 4x faster than normal. But every time you roll over another one, the duration it lasts would be reset to 15 or 20 seconds.
