If you're on the Agma Discord server, you'll see quite a list of clans that at least have a Discord server, with owners listed, so you could DM each of them a couple questions, and that might give you a better idea of which ones you could try out.

There might be some older posts here in the "Clans" area that might also show they have a stromger EU presence.
