Mystery skins at 3rd level

Hi everybody!
I got maximum upgrade for 6 skins, thinking not to receive anymore pieces of them, but nothing changed I continue receiving same skins already completed  
Is it normal?  I think they should automatically be excluded from any recharging. Now it is a nonsense.
What do you think?

Someone asked this question a few months ago. I only assumed that this was true since I haven’t gone to Level 3 yet. But, I’m not surprised that you keep getting pieces for skins that are fully leveled up.
