I haven't used them myseklf, but I think that it is a "timed" item, so rather than get twice as much, I think it would last twice as long.

Maybe someone can confirm that for me?

I Think Its Timed For 24 Hours, Then You Can Proceed To Buy Again

Owl is right, it's timed for 24 hours only, with max 2x exp. Therefore you should only buy 1 2x exp per 24 hours.
In the future it'll be fixed so that when you buy a 2x exp, you will clearly see it active and you won't be able to buy it again until it has expired.

I Imagine The Price Would Be Doubled If not tripled?
