I can tell you, people will use those danged pumpkin skins as long as they persist,..,. lol. (And 'danged' only cause it's annoying to be eaten by a scary mobile fruit!)

Oh! And blowing up pumpkins is a lot more fun than back in my childhood when a few of us ruffians kicked them off front porches!
