Do fun stuff for a part of your time -- and make time for the fun stuff. As an adult, I can tell you this time-honoured thing, is something most of us have done to counter the doldrums of life.

First, I would like to hear you agree that you're not useless. ~tease!~ I think we went there already, didn't we?

Alas, how we feel, and how we are, are often different. And if the feeling is negative, it can drag you down.

I know it's hard, but find things to be positive about, and use them?

You've already shown me your mind, a bit, and I find it quite capable!

So hopefully you'll manage it?

You've already shared one thing with me, that should make you feel useful. Do you want to PM me what it is? I'd rather see you have fun, than give you assignments ~ducks any possible incoming slaps~ but hey. A grown-up sometimes has to do the hard stuff.

Seriously though.... it is within yourself to change how you feel. Sometimes you have toi decide to feel better. I believe you're more than worth it, and am willing to prove it to you, if I must?

Well, To not make yourself useless, You should play AGF, Do some work irl. Clean your bedroom. Do the Dishes. Clean your Laundry. Done.
That's my advice. Hope you find it useful <3 XD
