But it's easy to do. Half the time, I forget about a window being there, and it likely keeps updating a variable in the cookie for the site on your machine. I'm pretty sure that it's essentially a text flile, and you should be able to set it to anything you want. (lol)

I tend to forget about the window, being distracted by other things, and come back hours later to see I'm still logged in. And then I hate trying to figure out which messages are new. I find I read the same ones over and over, looking at the whole thread again.
