Can you tell more about the problem? Did it show you the chest? Did you press Collect or whatever the button is?

Sometimes the reward animation sequence doesn’t display for Daily Quests.

Usually, you’ll still get your reward though.

It can happen with Mystery Potions as well.

First, was it the Mobile game, or PC game?

I've noted that, in the PC game, it will give you a 'Quest', but that if you're playing the Teams variant, that it never gives you the reward. I'm assuming that they just didn't bother enabling quests for all 4 variants of the public game.

That's all I can contribute.

Other than this... when you report a problem, put yourself in the audience's position, and try to make sure you include all the information they muight need to know.

In this case, if you're new to the game, you might just not be aware of what you need to tell people. (Which game: Mobile or PC... and which mode of the game)

Now that you've discovered us... we may not be part of Miniclip (the company that makes the game), or be able to repair any wrong to you... but I hope that you'll consider sticking around, and joining in the fun here with us!

If you do stay, perhaps you'll post an 'Intro' thread and tell us a bit about you?
