I feel that I could be a great staff @Sora, I am a generous and kind person!  I can help people if they need help with anything! Such as, how to get more Reputations,likes, etc.  I could settle people down if they use too much Foul Language and everything like that!

you haven't already done that. Moderation is needed more than ever and @Sora counts on anyone here! Your chances are really good at the moment, maybe the best chance so far.
