Hey I am Pain. I recently started a new clan Called Fury. I am the Leader. I am pretty good a AGF. I just wanted to request a custom skin for my clan.

You need very very high quality image to get good quality when you will be really big.
I would go with skulls and flames.

For it to be accepted as a skin, you need to have a few posts, and some reputation, also be in good standing. Also for the skin to even have a chance, I guess, it needs to be the default skin size/ resolution, 520x520

Don't worry about the skin size. You need more posts, more activeness in the shoutbox, and just let time pass a bit : )

Post it in the "Skins" section and make it a "poll", also make sure the picture of your skin is 520 x 520 (you can edit that in paint>resize>pixels>un-check "Maintain aspect ratio">change horizontal & vertical to 520.)
