"w" keystroke repeat rate!!!!!!!!!!
#1
I know for a fact that there are players out there who have figured out how to create a super fast "w" keystroke repeat rate.  I've seen this tonight by a player who was a single cell and fired much faster than humanly possible into viruses on several occasions.

How???????  This is a big advantage.

There is this website,

http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions...or-agar-io

but it seems questionable.  Anybody have any info?

Thank you.

It's called Macro Feeding and comes with several extensions such as Agarplus. It allows the user to hold down a key and it will constantly feed. I hope this is helpful!

Thank you Spectrumss.  I may try it.  Do you recommend it?   Are there any downsides to it?

Nope, it even makes your experience smoother, with much less lag. If you feel like Agarplus is "cheaty", you can always turn off such cheating features.
Here is the website: agarplus io

I agree that it doesn't have any downsides. I also feel that Agarplus isn't cheaty since most the teamers use it anyway AND if you aren't allowed to team in FFA but you can in Party, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use extensions in Party anyway.

I know that no one wants to spend money, but I'll just point out that programmable mice are under $50, and if your a gamer, its a step up for sure (great for steam, as well...cuz who really wants a joystick?). disclaimer: I have a plain jane bt optical mouse and bt keyboard, and I use agarplus when playing party mode agar.io, but have considered the programmable gear.

$w::

toggle := !toggle

if toggle = 1

settimer, function, 10

else

settimer, function, off

return

function:

send w

return

Thanks Spectrumss, Voakie, runSpot,

Regarding the programmable mouse and high speed key repeat rate, does that really work in Agario? After all, I'm able to set the "Key Repeat Rate" on my Mac in System Preferences/Keyboard, but it doesn't have any effect in the game.  Also, what about the "w" key? Do you remap the "w" to your programmable mouse?

Regarding the ethics of using software-extension advantages like minimaps and high speed key repeat rates in agarplus, that's a good question that I need to think about more since I like to play fairly.

As far as FFA v. Party mode, what's the ethical difference when it comes to using extensions like agarplus? I thought Party Mode just let players be in the same FFA game.  Is Party Mode a whole different game universe from FFA?

Are you referring to this on the mobile-agar or on the web-agar?

If on the web agar, it is VERY easy to add.
Check http://Agarioforums.io/exp
press Q and SHIFT to test out (Q = macro feed, Shift = macro split)

For the web I have a code to give you, but if it's for the mobile, i'm not sure how to do it.

Thank you for the info Honest.  I play on the web with my laptop at http://agar.io/.

I checked out http://Agarioforums.io/exp.  Very cool, very different player experience.  I'll continue to try it and maybe I could get used to it, but I like the feel of traditional agario better at this point.  Also I think I'd find having to use additional keys beside the "w" and space bar cumbersome, especially in the heat of battle.  But I guess I could get used to it.  Is that what happens in agarplus?  Different keys for macro feed and macro split?  Furthermore, I assume agarplus works at http://agar.io/.  Is that correct?

Agarplus works on Agar.io and it has E for macro feed but in the new update I'm not sure about macro split. Agarplus is also very customizable , and I have enabled click to macro feed through the mouse feed option. I find it very useful! Try looking into getting it, you won't regret it!

I installed agarplus about 30 min ago and I've been playing with it.  Wow!!!!!  I could get used to this!  Let me try it out and get back to y'all.

BTW "t' is macro split "quick split" an "g" is "double split"

Thanks

the split radius and split/eat indicator are my favorite tools. if you play with friends you can see eachother on the map and see eachothers skins...makes playing with your buddies way more fun. Also I kinda like being able to use any image i want for a skin (even if I'm the only one seeing it), it makes posting pics more fun!
