the players were using agarplus which is an extension for chrome (used with tampermonkey), that allows you to use any image as a skin along with many other options. You wont just be able to find that skin for use in regular agario, but with a url for that image (copy the image url and paste it in agarplus) and the extension added to chrome you can play with it or any image at any time. currently agarplus wont let you right click to paste (newest update has issues) so you have to use keyboard shortcuts to paste (Ctrl V to paste). so using the image above you'd right click it and select copy image address, then in agar plus, in the text field below where you put your name you hit Ctrl and v to paste the address, and when you start playing you'll have that image as a skin! hope that helps

How Do You Know?

right click the image and select "search google for image". with a small amount of searching you'll see the translation, hope that helps
