Hey my name is Godzilla and I want people that can meet these expectations
1.Lvl 25+ 
2.Knows the Basics and intermediates and not required advanced
3. Will be on at least once a week
4. Does not need a Mike but needs line, an app on his/her phone or iPad.
5. Will advertise for their clan
