Hmm, I'm not sure there are clans playing the mobile app?

As far as I know, you can't choose the server that you log into so that you could meet up with your clan mate! So... I suppose people could join clans, and then try to find another random player with the same clan tag in there....

If you ever see clan tags there (a preface to the rest of your name), maybe you can research those, and find where one communicates??
