It IS fine for a gal to play for the guys:

I have two arguments:

1. If it is OK for guys to play for the girls, then it is by inference also OK for girls to play for the guys side, otherwise it would be sexist, and the whole of the rules would have to be thrown out and reworked.

2. Also, if you look through SuperGirl's kindly provided results from previous games, you'll note that just as I won many a game for the gals side, she has also won games for the guys side!

Since the site was incorporated in Canada, we operate under Canadian Law, including the most important pieces of legislation, the Charter of Rights. People shall not be discriminated against, based on race, religion or sex. Ergo, the rules as you interpret them cannot stand, since they are sexist.

Furthermore, your argument asks that the rules incorporate something that is not expressly stated in the rules. As with any legislation, the context and reasons behind such laws/rules must be taken into account, namely, that when the gals side was underrepresented, and facing regular losses, an additional provision was made to even the playing field.

We now claim that the reverse is true, and thus, the moral sense of the rule must also permit gals to play for boys, if they so choose.

This also removes "criminal" as a label you so easily bestowed upon Supergirl, which, of course, she would never be!
