If a team/side is on -5 ( Girls) or 5 ( Boys) the other team/side can take the J O K E R
It changes the -5 to +5 (for the Boys).
or
It changes the +5 to -5 (for the Girls).
If a team/side miss to use the J O K E R at -5/+5, the J O K E R is gone for that team/side

1. You play this on agma.io...right?
2. Do you just start playing...at any time?
3. What does the counting have to do with it? What do you mean by “ count up to 25 or down to -25?”

1. No, we play it here in the forum
2. you can join us whenever you want, now, tomorrow, in 1 week
3. it is just a fun game, to waste your time, talk a little, have fun, win from time to time
Girls (you can also play for the girls even if you are a boy) count with every post -1.
Boys (you can also play for the boys even you are a girl) count with every post +1.
No doubleposting allowed - means you need to wait for an other count/post.
The one group, that reach first -25 or +25 win the round / game
