I don't even use Chrome (unless forced to).

Google is making enough money as it is; I don't need to help them along by using their proprietary browser (which, incidentally, also doesn't follow the W3 Standards for HTML...). I see using Chrome as giving them a large advantage to tracking information, and providing more info about yourself, unbeknownst, to the companies who's sites you visit, and what 'Google' sees as as 'related'.

I happen to feel that someone should be able to create a far better search engine than Google. And that has a far less chance of happening, if Chrome has a larger market share.
