There is no application form that I have seen.
If you are interested in being a 'Mod' (I assume by that, that you mean an In-Game Mod, not on Discord), then get yourself noticed and well-liked by the community, be active and helpful in the game chats, and when you see a Staff member on, say hello to them!
To this point recruitment has almost always come by examining the actions of our players, and just offering the opportunity to our best-suited members.
