Mannn, I hate hard-boiled eggs!

Another reason I am so happy to not be living in my house anymore. My ex would decide we needed 2 dozen eggs, then forget about them until 3 days after they'd already expired. Then she would boil them all and expect me to eat them all.

(Once you boil them, you can safely leave them in your fridge for a month or even longer.)

they last longer raw if not left in the fridge i believe, that why in UK, they arent in the fridges in the supermarkets
