A button anyone can use to report others if you know that someone is using scripts or something that makes the server lag more

It sounds to me that Over90 intended the button to be located in the game, not in the Forums.
I think a clear process of reporting someone, explained in the Forums should be good enough?
And it's another way to get some people to log into the Forums now and again.
