normally I'm against it, but some dead threads should be locked...perhaps once a month have a moderator go through and lock up old threads?...This would be especially pertinent on intro threads...I mean if you havent had a comment on an intro thread in a month, then it's served it's purpose and doesn't need to be bumped...
